Brazos Construction Co. Inc is a full service general contractor, founded in 2016 by Grant Sanders. Our team shares a combined 50 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.
We specialize in industrial, office, and retail remodels, new interior build-outs, tenant improvements, exterior improvements, and maintenance. We work in/on industrial warehouse buildings, retail centers, office buildings, office complexes, and multi-story buildings. We perform all aspects of pre-construction, estimating, project management, consulting, value engineering, scheduling, projection supervision, and project close out.
We work with our in house crew to take care of all minor maintenance items, framing, drywall, paint, ceilings, doors, accessories, demo and clean up.
We have established relationships with subcontractors of all trades for both small and larger scale projects. Many of them have worked with us personally for 10+ years from, previous employers to now.

About The Owner
Grant Sanders, Founder and President
Owner Grant Sanders began working in the construction industry framing houses at age 14. His families construction company was instrumental in building some of Oklahoma’s most recognizable custom homes. Neighborhoods like Gaillardia, Fairview Farms, Quail Creek, and Nichols Hills. Grant continued to work construction while attending Oklahoma State University and graduated with a Construction Management degree in 2009.
After working his way up to General Manager of a local company, Grant ultimately decided to start his own commercial and residential construction company. Grant has been the president and owner of Brazos Construction Co. Inc, a full service commercial construction general contractor, proudly serving Oklahoma since 2016.
Grant currently lives in Edmond Oklahoma with his wife Rachel, and their three children Jameson, Avery, and Corinne.
